We loved working with Becky Risley ! My family isn’t always easy to work with , but she went above and beyond to make sure we all got everything we wanted for our forever home ! I think what we wanted changed 10 xs throughout this process. She also never once made me feel like we weren’t worth her time , even though we weren’t buying a expensive home. Which meant alot to us all ! She was knowledgeable , patient and always made herself available for showings and questions. Cannot recommend her enough ! - thank you Becky !

Becky’s knowledge of the local market and realtors was what got me into my home. Following her guidance made the difference between someone else getting my forever home and me being able to start this next chapter of my life. Her honesty and genuine concern for my well-being and finding the perfect home were what made me want to work with her in addition to her knowledge of life as a military spouse. She must have taken me to tour several homes in multiple locations prior to helping me find the perfect t home for me. Her entire team was phenomenal to work with. Becky did an outstanding job guiding us through the home-buying process. She was super responsive, eager to show us options, and gave her honest opinion on everything. Becky was incredible! The level of knowledge and care she exhibited left us feeling comfortable with our home buying process. Becky was prompt with contact and always made our process first on her agenda. Becky was great with contacting and negotiating with local services and between both parties to find a common ground on settlement. Becky helped us with so much, as this wasn’t our first experience at buying a home. She stuck with us, as we stuck with her and in the end she made us successful in our purchase of a first time home. I would recommend Becky as she has what it takes to make the home buying process a good one.

Becky was extremely responsive to phone calls, texts etc. I would rate higher than five stars if that was possible. She was also very organized and has strong multitasking skills. She was also very patient and professional when my husband and I were not always on the same page with each other. We ran into some issues during the finalization of the purchase and she stuck by us giving good advice until the end of the deal.

Becky listed our vacant lot and had it sold within several days of listing. She is extremely knowledgeable and made the closing process seamless. She is the most responsive realtor I’ve ever worked with and continuously went above and beyond. Can’t recommend her enough!

Becky was absolutely awesome to have as our Agent. She was always there for us, regardless of our wants or needs. She always had our answers.
